The SAM4S SAP-630II-RT is a hybrid cash register and POS system. It runs an Android operating environment but keeps what makes a cash register fast at a busy counter: a physical keyboard, an integrated receipt printer, an operator and customer display, and a cash drawer, alongside a touchscreen.
The RT configuration uses a raised-key keyboard, normally the better fit for retail counters — particularly where a barcode scanner does most of the item entry and staff need dependable department, tender and function keys under their fingers.
Software included
This is a complete system, not hardware on its own. The price includes the SAP-630II hardware and a 5-year SAM4POS software license. SAM4POS is what turns the hardware into a working point-of-sale system, so it arrives licensed and ready to be configured rather than needing software quoted afterwards.
Programming and setup are booked separately, as described below, but the license itself is in the price.
Who this is for
Retail businesses that have outgrown a traditional electronic cash register but do not want a pure touchscreen.
