A practical approach to cash-register support
Cash-register questions are often model-specific. Two registers that look similar may use different programming sequences, keyboard layouts, interfaces, printer configurations or PC utilities. We encourage customers to start with the exact model number, what they are trying to accomplish and the models of connected equipment.
That approach helps avoid incorrect programming instructions, incompatible accessories and unnecessary replacements.

Support before replacement
A register problem can be programming, paper, cabling, configuration or a peripheral rather than complete register failure. When it is reasonable to keep an existing register working, replacement is not automatically the first recommendation.
