Accessories are bought against a specific piece of equipment, not against a category. A cable, display, power supply or till insert can look correct, plug in physically, and still be the wrong part. Before ordering, confirm the exact host model, the interface it actually drives, the cabling and any programming the host needs.

What this category covers

  • Cash drawer accessories: till inserts, replacement keys and under-counter mounting hardware. These are matched to a specific drawer model and, for keys, a specific lock code.
  • Cables: printer, scanner and cash-drawer cables. Both ends have to match the ports, and a drawer cable also has to match the pinout the host drives.
  • Pole and customer displays: customer-facing displays generally require a specific port, a specific protocol and host-side programming.
  • Power supplies: matched to the exact device being powered, including the connector and the mains input available at the site.

Why we do not sell accessories as universal

Identical-looking connectors are used for different purposes across manufacturers. An RJ-style jack can carry a drawer kick signal on one device and something else on another; a USB port does not tell you whether the host supports the device behind it; and a scanner or display often has to be programmed on both sides before it works. This is why an accessory listed here is not described as compatible with a particular register unless that has been verified.

How to identify the right part

  1. Find the exact model of the equipment the accessory connects to.
  2. Note the port or connector it will use, and what is on the other end.
  3. For a drawer, note whether the register or the receipt printer opens it today.
  4. For a key or till insert, note the drawer model and the code stamped on the existing key or lock.
  5. For a power supply, note the voltage marking on the device and the original supply if you still have it.

Check compatibility first
Receipt printers Thermal printers for the customer receipt. Confirm USB, serial or Ethernet against what is actually driving the printer. Receipt printers → Kitchen & impact printers A remote printer placed in the kitchen, usually impact so the receipt survives heat and steam.
