Coverage for your register
Every SAM4s ECR ships with a manufacturer-backed warranty, and longer coverage exists. We are not selling the extended programme online at the moment, because we will not take money for a service until we can tell you exactly how a claim is handled.

Extended warranty and advance-exchange coverage are being reviewed before we offer them for sale. Until that is finished we are not quoting terms, prices, replacement times or shipping arrangements. Ask us and we will tell you honestly where it stands and what your register already has.
What we can tell you today
- SAM4s ECRs ship with a 6-month standard warranty from CRS. That applies whether or not you add anything.
- Optional coverage has to be arranged within 30 days of the original equipment purchase.
- It is available in the contiguous 48 United States only.
- It excludes software other than the original operating system installed in the terminal, keyboard overlays, cash drawer insert trays, and cash drawer bill weights and bill-weight springs.

Warranty, exchange coverage and technical support are different things. Give us the exact register and purchase details and we will confirm which path applies.
Optional extension can take the total warranty term to 2, 3, 4 or 5 years when the purchase is eligible.
Optional advanced-exchange coverage includes warranty for the same term. Do not buy both WarrantyPlus and NexDay Xchange for the same period.
