Support and programming are sold as time blocks at $100 per hour, or $50 for a 30-minute block, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern. There is no 24/7 line. You do not need to have bought the register from us.
Optional warranty & protection
SAM4s ECRs carry a 6-month standard warranty from CRS. A WarrantyPlus extension takes the total term to 2, 3, 4 or 5 years. NexDay Xchange adds Next Day Air advanced exchange and is priced to include the warranty for the same term, so you would not buy both for the same period. Coverage is optional and is added only if you choose it. Pricing comes directly from the linked coverage product. Coverage is administered under CRS Service Shield terms, so the limits below apply.
- Available for the contiguous United States only.
- Must be obtained within 30 days of the original purchase, so it is normally added alongside the register rather than later.
- Excludes software other than the original operating system installed in the terminal.
- Excludes keyboard overlays, cash drawer insert trays, and cash drawer bill weights and bill-weight springs.
Supplies
This model uses 58 mm (2.25 in) receipt paper. Check the roll diameter your printer accepts as well as the width, since width alone does not guarantee fit.
