Tell us what equipment you have and what you need done. These details stay with this service in your cart and order.

Remote support rate: $100/hour. 30-minute support blocks are $50 when available. Support hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern; we do not offer 24/7 support.

Description

One hour of remote programming or configuration work for a supported SAM4S cash register.

Programming rate: $100 per hour.

Typical programming work includes department or PLU/item changes, tax settings, receipt header changes, keyboard or menu changes, scanner/database configuration, and other register configuration work.

Programming requests should be scoped before substantial work begins. Larger projects, data entry, large imports, complete register builds, multi-register programming, or programming transfers may require a separate estimate or project quote.

This service is for programming/configuration. For troubleshooting or operating help, choose a Remote Register Support service instead.

Before you buy

Complete your system

Take card payments through the same system

Integrated payments mean the card terminal and the register talk to each other, so the sale is entered once and the totals agree at the end of the day.

Enter the sale once

No keying the total into a separate terminal, and no reconciling two sets of numbers because someone typed it twice.

One setup, one support call

The register, the peripherals and the payment side are set up together, so when something needs attention there is one number to ring.

Checked against each other first

We verify the register, the processing program and the integration path as one combination before recommending it, rather than assuming parts fit.

A processor change is not required to buy equipment. If you are already taking cards, send us a recent statement and we will tell you plainly whether a change is worth making.
