One hour of SAM4S register programming and configuration work. This service can be used for a new register purchased from SAM4sDirect before shipment or for supported remote programming work.
Programming rate: $100 per hour.
Standard Programming & Setup for a new register
For a typical new-register setup, one hour is intended to cover supported basics such as sales-tax setup, departments or PLUs, prices, clerks, receipt header information, keyboard configuration and a basic configuration review. More complex databases, large menus, imports, multi-register systems, unusual peripherals or data-transfer projects may require additional programming time.
Remote programming
The same one-hour service can be used for supported remote configuration work on an existing SAM4S register. Typical work includes department or PLU/item changes, tax settings, receipt header changes, keyboard or menu changes, scanner/database configuration and other supported register settings.
Programming requests should be scoped before substantial work begins. Larger projects, data entry, large imports, complete register builds, multi-register programming or programming transfers may require a separate estimate or additional hourly programming.
