Description

Remote technical support for an existing SAM4S cash register or supported register system.

Includes up to 30 minutes of remote support during normal support hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding holidays.

Use this service for troubleshooting, operating questions, error diagnosis, report assistance, printer/scanner/peripheral troubleshooting, paper-feeding issues, and help determining whether equipment has failed.

This is support, not programming. Adding or changing departments, PLUs/items, tax settings, keyboard layouts, receipt headers, data imports, or other configuration work is considered programming and may require a programming service instead.

We do not offer or advertise 24/7 support. System-down issues receive priority during normal support hours.

Before you buy

  • Have the exact register model, the exact error text and a list of connected equipment ready. That is usually the difference between a fast fix and a wasted session.
  • Check common cash register problems first. Some issues turn out to be a mode, a clerk sign-on or a paper-loading condition rather than a fault.
  • Find your manual in the cash register manuals hub.
  • Read the full support and programming policy, including hours and what is covered.
  • Need configuration changed rather than fixed? Choose register programming instead.

Complete your system

Take card payments through the same system

Integrated payments mean the card terminal and the register talk to each other, so the sale is entered once and the totals agree at the end of the day.

Enter the sale once

No keying the total into a separate terminal, and no reconciling two sets of numbers because someone typed it twice.

One setup, one support call

The register, the peripherals and the payment side are set up together, so when something needs attention there is one number to ring.

Checked against each other first

We verify the register, the processing program and the integration path as one combination before recommending it, rather than assuming parts fit.

A processor change is not required to buy equipment. If you are already taking cards, send us a recent statement and we will tell you plainly whether a change is worth making.
