ChefTAB+ — item 710002
- 14-inch all-in-one touchscreen
- Everything needed is in the unit; no separate monitor
- Wireless installation, so it can go where the work is rather than where a cable reaches
- Network kitchen-print workflow
ChefTAB-Bump — item 710003
- Controller and a rugged bump bar
- An HDMI monitor is required and is not included. Budget for a screen alongside this option, or choose the ChefTAB+ which has its own.
- Intended for a position where a kitchen printer would normally sit
How it works with SAM4POS
SAM4POS treats a ChefTAB kitchen display as a kitchen printer in device setting and mapping, so orders route to it the same way they would route to a printer — and kitchen printer groups such as grill, beverage or expediter still apply. That configuration is part of the standard setup included with a new system.
A kitchen display is optional. Many kitchens run on a printer, and some run on neither.
