SAM4POS Lifetime-Use License — 5 Years of Software Updates
This product provides one SAM4POS Lifetime-Use License — 5 Years of Software Updates for one compatible SAM4POS terminal. It is intended for supported SAM4S SAP-630II and Sapphire A60/A70 systems and other compatible SAM4POS hardware where applicable.
One license is required for each station. The license is issued to the terminal's unique eight-digit license code and is not a generic software download.
How the license term works
The SAM4POS license continues to operate indefinitely after the initial five-year term. Software version updates are included for the first five years; updates after that period may require a new update entitlement.
“Lifetime-use” describes using the software. It does not mean software updates for life.
Older SAM4POS versions: a terminal running SAM4POS version 2.0.130 or lower may have different expiration behavior. Check the installed SAM4POS version before you renew or upgrade, and tell us the version so we can confirm the right option first.
Need a license for an existing SAP-630II?
If you already own a compatible SAP-630II and need SAM4POS software licensing, this is the license to order. New SAP-630II systems purchased from SAM4sDirect already include this license; each system's product page shows exactly what is included.

Please allow up to 24 hours for license issuance after complete information is received. When a license is pushed electronically, the merchant must accept the on-screen EULA, enter the manager password and reboot the station.
Hardware and setup
Compatible hardware is required. Professional programming, installation, peripherals and payment processing are separate unless a package explicitly includes them. For a complete system, review our SAP-630II cash registers or contact SAM4sDirect.
