We offer support for the first 30 days for free and $199 annually thereafter which includes unlimited email support and program updates.
This is for customers that have purchased their machines from Sam4sDirect, if you purchased your machine from any other dealer or on-line we will provide support but there will be a charge.

Once we receive your request for support you will need to pay the minimum charge of $50.00 for up to 30 minutes of support (we will email you an invoice that you can pay on-line). Once we receive payment we will assign a support engineer to call you back and help you.
